We are committed to providing high-quality training and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
By purchasing any product or service from Lean Six Sigma Institute, you agree to this policy.
2. General Policy
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
- Refunds are processed at our sole discretion in accordance with this policy
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution

3. Online Self-Paced Training
- Refund requests must be submitted within 10 business days of purchase
- Refunds will not be issued if:
- More than 25% of the course content has been accessed, or
- The request is submitted after the 10-business-day period
4. Instructor-Led Training
- Refund requests must be submitted before or within 24 hours of the first session
- Refunds will not be issued if:
- The participant has attended more than one session, or
- The request is submitted more than 24 hours after the first session begins
5. Corporate / Group Training
For corporate or group purchases:
- Refund terms may be governed by a separate agreement or contract
- If no separate agreement exists, this policy applies
6. Physical Products
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and proof of purchase are required
Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.
7. Order Fulfillment & Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
- Product or service unavailability
- Pricing or typographical errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
If we cancel your order:
- A full refund will be issued (if payment was completed)
8. Shipping & Returns
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Lean Six Sigma Institute is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping
9. Non-Refundable Items
Unless required by law, refunds will not be issued for:
- Courses substantially accessed or completed
- Expired refund request periods
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions
- Digital content once accessed beyond the allowed threshold
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us to resolve the issue.
Improper chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Revocation of access to Services
- Denial of future purchases
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that violates this policy.
11. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- You will be notified once your refund has been processed
