Refund Policy

Our goal at LSSI is for you to be happy and fully satisfied with our training, so all courses purchased on our site can be refunded for accounts which have not violated the Terms of Use or exceeded the time or progress specified for the course modality.

Modalities

For Online Self-Paced Training:

Send refund request(s) within 5 business days of purchase of the course. Refunds will not be provided if the participant has accessed more than 25% of the content.

Any refund request beyond 5 business days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and a refund will not be provided.

For Instructor-Led Training:

Send refund request(s) before or within 24 hours after the first session of the course begins. Refunds will not be provided if the participant has attended online classrooms for more than one session. Any refund request beyond 24 hours of the start of the first session will not be accepted and a refund will not be provided.

How do I request a refund?

All refund requests must be made in writing within the time frame specified per modality to info@leansixsigmainstitute.org. Please state the reason you were not satisfied, and we’ll arrange for you to attend or access another course, or receive a refund.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the refund request is approved by LSSI.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Refund Policy at any time. If a revision is made, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms or policies taking effect.

Cancellations

Lean Six Sigma Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course with insufficient enrollment or for reasons beyond our control. A cancelled course results in a full refund of enrollment fees or enrollment in different courses.
